  • Stopped in to treat my mom to lunch. We viewed the lunch specials which all come with rice and beans. I ordered the taco lunch special and my mom ordered the cheese enchilada lunch special. Our waitor told her that she could only have rice or beans not both. Then Megan, another waitress came over to explain that my mom should have said cheese enchilada lunch combo in order to get rice AND beans. I explained that the menu clearly states that "lunch specials" (which includes a cheese enchilada) includes rice AND beans. After asking for the menu, Megan proceeded to point out that we have to say combo even though the menu says special in order to get rice AND beans. Who knew a menu could be so cryptic
