  • Horrible customer service! Took 35 minutes just to change my chips for cash!!! This place is extra smokey. I gag on smoke going to the rooms. The buffet customer service was horrible too. I was trying to get lunch and they tried to charge me for dinner!!! The movie Hangover made them famous so they are now able to get away with horrible service and a horrible experience all around. The black jack is set up to rob you as well. Don't play their single deck black jack style. Most gambeling tables have $25 or $50 minimums and their drinks are watered down and take forever to get while your gambling. If your not a smoker don't go here. Extra smoky! Horrible customer service all around!!!
