  • DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING. I was extremely disappointed at their service at my wedding and handling of their mistakes after my wedding. 1) Their camera was not working and they did not have a back up plan. 2) After getting the camera to work, they still had to reset it numerous times throughout the night, many guests told me they didn't get their pictures taken, and had to use their cell phones to take a picture instead. Including my husband, the groom himself, couldn't take pictures at 10:45pm, end of the night the machine was still troubleshooting. 3) When i finally received the digital copies, i only got 80 photos back.. from 200 guests and 4.5 hours, so that is only 18 photos taken per hour. HORRIBLE. Also, 55 of the photos were YELLOW/ORANGE. They were not even the correct colours. Ppl's skin and background were orange/yellow. 4) Horrible customer service, I contacted them the night of my wedding, of course they didn't get back to me right away. They didn't seem unapologetic at first, and did not take responsibility in having technical problems until much later, a week after of emailing back and forth, they finally seem apologetic and understand their mistakes. Person I was conversing with was also unprofessional. Save yourself unnecessary wedding stress, shop else where for a photobooth.
