Warning, stay away from this company. This technician flat out lied to my face, trying to sell me over $ 700 dollars in services I did not need. I called this company because my door was only going up halfway. The technician said he had to turn the motor up to full capacity to get my door to open and it would burn out the motor unless I bought all new springs and drums asap. He quoted me the price of over $ 1000, but said he could try and get his manager to come down to $ 700. I wanted to do a little research beforehand, so I said I would make a decision later. After researching online, I found out that these technicians are paid by commission and will upsell unsuspecting customers. I called another company for a separate quote. The other company came out for free (which precision did not - cost me $ 89 for them to lie to me). The other company showed me that my motor was barely turned up to 50% capacity and all my other parts were working fine. The other company did not attempt to sell me one thing, charged me nothing for their time, and saved me from getting ripped off by Precision. Precision - you need to rethink your business model - scamming people is not the proper way to do business.
