  • Usually the service and food here are good, this experience was bad. The waitress was rude and when asking if I could have different meat for my dish she said no without a reason, also when asking if I could have fish cakes and kimchi for the sides instead of the other sides like the bean sprouts she ignored my question and just said yeah yeah we have that. And took my menu when I wasn't really done looking at it and left. She checked up on us once and I had to go up to the counter to get a box and the check since we waited so long for the check. I felt that she only wanted to serve the Korean customers there. And it's sad that this might be one of those places that provide better service to their own race. I would tell the manager or the owner of the store that they really need to teach their workers how to have better customer services. I would love to come back and eat this food again, but not sure if I want to after this service.
