  • I went in for a simple eyebrow touch up and walked out with completely butchered eyebrows. I no longer have a nice thick natural shape - they look like two thin arches above my eyes. On top of that the wax was far too hot. I'm extremely disappointed because to grow eyebrows back to a full shape will take months if not half a year. I've been doing this since I was 16 and I have never once walked into a place that felt they had the liberty to completely RESHAPE my eyebrows without even asking if that's what I wanted first. I went back to complain once I had a chance to look at myself in a full mirror and they told me to "call back to the salon"..as if that was going to do anything to help. Poor customer service. Will not be going back...ever. I'm disgusted
