  • This place is a joke that they try to call a "professional dealership." I was given a deal on a car then two hours later that deal magically went up in price by $2,000. Their staff is extremely childish and incompetent. When I was talking to the used car manager I was trying to get more for my trade-in and the finance manager Howard was making hang signs behind my back trying to tell the used car manager not to give me anymore. Howard the coward was screaming at me on the phone and he ended the call with "F**K YOU!" and hung up. Howard also calls the sales rep Matt Nedin a new guy that doesn't know what he's talking about. Howard said this when I was trying to explain to him that Matt and I already had a deal and Howard didn't want to honor that deal because "Matt is new and doesn't know what he's talking about. Matt is just a slob, he's literally eating, burping, and cursing all the time! I would recommend this place if it was the last place on earth. SAD EXCUSE FOR A CAR DEALERSHIP!!!
