  • Great place for a family vacation. We upgraded to a junior suite with a view of the "isle of Capri," the lily pond, the golf course and mountains. The jr suite is beautiful and spacious. I would highly recommend it. The pull out sofa bed is not sleep-able (the springs pretty much jump through - just awful), so we had to order a roll away instead. Also, we reserved the shuttle to high street to pick us up at 5:00pm. We got to the front at 5:03 and the shuttle left without us! They couldn't even wait 5 minutes?! The bell deal offered no apology and no alternative. That was very frustrating. The shuttle only runs every hour, but I wish it were more often - especially since high st and desert ridge are only a few minutes away. We enjoyed the grounds, the pools, and the live entertainment on both nights. Our room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. I loved the two balconies with the chairs and small tables. Overall it was a great stay. We will definitely be back.
