  • I have an Audi A4 and I will not let anyone touch it but Derek. Always a straight shooter, I've never felt like he did something that was unnecessary or excessive. Derek and Exklusive stand out as an honest, highly skilled, and trustworthy and the reason I will only buy VW/Audi vehicles in the future. He has saved me a ton of money, not just over dealer prices, but because he is an expert in all things VW/Audi. Did you know that the OEM diverter valve can be purchased straight from the manufacturer without the Audi markup? I didn't but Derek did, and he passed that savings on to me. Did you know that the VW Toureg drive shaft is the same one used on the Porsche Cayenne, and that the Porsche part is significantly cheaper than the VW part? No, but Derek knows. Why mess around, just take it to Derek and thank me later.
