  • The best apartment complex I've ever lived in, hands down. Office staff is extremely nice. I'm not sure where people are complaining about rude treatment unless they're the ones bringing the drama. I've only had friendly experiences with the girls. I've had some maintenance problems and maintenance came out every time within 24 hours, but usually within 4-5 hours. The two guys are nice, too, and respectful about entering your unit. I like that it's very quiet here and it's well kept. They'll spray for bugs for free and at your yearly lease signing they will steam clean your carpets, also for free. Can't beat that. Text updates ensure we're kept up to date. My only complaint is that there isn't sufficient nearby parking for a second vehicle. You have to park aways from your unit if you're located in certain buildings. But for all the benefits I've seen, I'm willing to put up with that. Glad I'm here.
