  • I'm so excited and thankful we have this Diamond in Charlotte- finally, finally more choices with teams that understand food creations. Loved every single thing we had. Craft cocktails, pickled veggies, ahi chips, beets, mushroom toast, pork belly and shrimp and grits. All new flavors and additions to these dishes. Their additions of flavors and spices - on point. Loved the staff Nathan, Selwyn and Adam never missed a beat. Too full to have dessert but..... don't miss out on this pastry chef.
