  • If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible and rude. I've been going here for 4 years and I will never come back. The first issue I had was my nails were completely shorter than what I wanted & I was criticized by how short my natural nails were. When he began cutting I told him that it was too short but he pretended like he didn't hear me. I picked out a color and HE CHANGED MY COLOR! I asked for a natural acrylic nail look. What I received was a holographic silver nail.. and he put a gel top coat on a full set! When I called I was referred to as "THAT BLACK GIRL" and asked if they could fix the issue and that I shouldn't be charged when I had just left the place. Lihn was extremely rude and refused my service due to her workers fault. I'm beyond pissed off. Look at the difference between what I wanted and what I recieved. I can't not take it off because it is gel polish. I'm so tired of places like this. BEWARE! The quality over the years have gone down tremendously
