  • I never leave reviews on Yelp; however, because of the horrible service, I must warn everyone. We traveled with a group of about ten families, reservations were made well in advance and were confirmed by email. After a twelve hour drive, we arrived to find out they didn't have us arriving until the next day. They did this to two other families. The hotel did scramble and get us a hotel room at a nice Days Inn. When checking in the next day, the front service was very rude and unapologetic. Come to find out they had given the other families gift cards and not us. The rest of our stay was pleasant until they had us checking out a day earlier then we had reserved. They offered to extend our stay, but after they completely screwed up our arrival and departure date, I WAS NOT going to give them anymore of my money.
