  • My dometic rv fridge just wasn't cooling enough on propane. They diagnosed a faulty gas valve in 30 mins and ordered a replacement one shipping to my next location as I needed to travel. Allie even followed up with Dometic to include the burner jet with the valve for no extra charge as we realized afterwards we needed that part too. The parts arrived in 2 days as promised. I installed them myself and now my fridge cools great! Thanks Allie, Dave and Mike for taking care of me. :)
