  • Upon buying my new 2016 Toyota Tundra I was always a car guy and knew what shops to go to for parts but once I had a truck I had to rebuild connections with shops that dealt with trucks. I drive by SDHQ daily and was referred to them by several friends who have used them for years and I must say I can see why they have been in business for 17 years! They have a huge selection of inventory, very knowledgable staff, and they take the time to know their customers. Whether you're dealing with Serena, Cliff, or Jason you are guaranteed EXCELLENT service! You may even see Ryan (shop owner) out front socializing with his employees and customers which to me shows he cares about his employees well being and customers as well. Overall, there are a ton of "Offroad" shops I have called to inquire about parts and they either are out of stock or the staff just doesn't seem interested in talking unless you're spending thousands of dollars. At SDHQ that doesn't happen and you will always get the same service and treatment whether you walk in to buy a trail map or a $8,000 suspension. set up!
