Hard to get in touch with Donnie as he never answers his phone and you cannot leave a voicemail because his mailbox is not set up. Must initiate contact via text. When I finally got in touch with him, we scheduled an appointment the following day at 5pm. When I arrived, no one answered the door so I texted. At 5:15, he responds that he "forgot because he was sick" and offered to reschedule. Although I was hesitant at this point, I decided to give him another chance due to the positive reviews. We rescheduled for the next day at 3:30. An hour before our appointment I receive the following text: "can't do today"--no explaination, no apology, no attempt to reschedule, nothing! So annoyed that I wasted my time and cancelled appointments with other tint shops to give Donnie a chance.
