  • This was our first time at the Bellagio buffet but others in our party had been there before. I'm not sure where to start first but I recommend getting there around 10:30AM so you can experience both breakfast and lunch. What a great suggestion by others in our party. Between the service and food I have never had such a great experience at a buffet. I had the French toast with bacon and ham steak. Others in our party had omelets of every type, sausage links and pepper hash browns. For the lunch plate I had fresh ribs and steak with a bunch of shrimp which were peeled and deveined. Some of the best shrimp I have ever tasted. Wish I had been able to take a 3rd plate but I was just too stuffed to eat any more. I didn't have any deserts but some of our group did and said the cheesecake was amazing.
