  • If you enjoy getting away to a place that doesn't give a shit about it's guests, Hard Rock Las Vegas is the place to stay! The food is bordering terrible to mediocre, especially room service. The only restaurant that caters to its guest is Nobu & that's probably because of its reputation & price tag. Nobu & the spa are the only reason the hotel rates a one as it's definitely not for its rooms/service. We rented a movie in our room to which it stopped playing 20 min in to it - never to be played again. We called the front desk to have it removed....guess what - no one answered the phone! The next morning we ordered breakfast via room service only to be on hold for 15 min. We got two calls in an hour making changes to our order. Save your money & go to a place that actually cares about their guests!
