  • Eric Watson was professional, understanding, and consistent from his introduction to the final steps of my VW Jetta purchase. He listened to my needs and never pushed me. It was a hot day and this did not phase Eric as he retrieved several vehicles for me to look at and test drive, while providing bottle after bottle of cold water. My mother, who drives a VW, was with me. Eric went above and beyond to help her with some questions she had on her 2011 model car. I have purchased quite a few cars in my life and my experience at VW N. Scottsdale tops the list of positive buying experiences.
