  • I'm sure their equipment is good, but the customer service is brutal, so pray that everything works out. Ordering online is a nightmare if there is a problem. I received a machine that was missing a key part. I have been shuffled back and forth between parts and online services - most of the time they NEVER answer the phone, nor do they return calls. I can't say other places are better, but this has been a rough experience.
