  • My review has to start with what do people expect? This is one of the cheapest apartments in the area. I lived here for a year, my actual first experience in an apartment after 30 years in a house. Pros: If you pay your rent on time the management leaves you alone. Rif Raff? I think not, the parking lot is almost empty during the day, which indicates working type people. It was quiet for the most part except my upstairs neighbor. When I signed up the garages were only $35/m, even off special they are $70/m, cheaper than a storage unit. Contrary to another review the work out room was a ONE time charge of $15, not a monthly charge. The maintenance people were prompt. The pool was kept clean. Cons: people use the lot to abandon cars Walls are thin, my upstairs neighbor is what drove me out. They raised rent pretty drastically after the first year. Work out room is not the greatest but in the year we stayed everything worked fine. The area is not the greatest but be smart as you should in any area. Unfortunately this place did not work for me, people are expecting luxury without the luxury price.
