  • We were very impressed as first time customers to Cycle Gear! The gentleman that took care of our needs was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful & very caring. He put forth much effort to see that we got the products we wanted. He explained it all to us inside & out. He was never pushy one time. He took the time to walk us thru our Bluetooth headsets that he installed for us never once leaving us to feel that we were an inconvenience to him. We feel very confident in saying that Paul B is definitely management material & was surprised to hear that he wasn't the actual store manager. He did tell us that he's moving to a different location to accept the new promotion of manager which is very well deserved in our opinions. Paul B is the man if u want to be treated like a customer should be treated. One of the very few around that truly cares about his customers & their complete satisfaction. Cycle Gear, u won't regret your decision promoting this young man! Exceptional customer service is rare to find, so thanks Paul B!
