  • This place gets a 1 star mainly for service. As with all fast food restaurants, especially chains, in my opinion, the food is usually done the same way, so rating it on that is a moot point for the most part (yes, it can vary but not by much). However, service is where things get set apart. Inevitably, every single time I or someone else goes through the drive-thru, the order is either missing something or wrong. I ordered an unsweetened tea and when the girl handed it to me, I asked her if it was unsweetened. She gave me this answer that indicated she wasn't sure but still said yes. Well as I checked it before leaving, I discovered it wasn't and had to go inside to get it fixed. No sorry from the crew in there or anything. They just handed me a new cup. This has happened numerous times. Also just this morning, my in laws stopped to pick up breakfast and when they got to our house, one of the items was missing. Is it hard to have someone double check the orders? If you expect your order to be correct here, go inside and order so you can verify you got the right food and drink.
