  • Went in today for a pedicure and gel manicure. Excellent prices, quick service even on Saturday afternoon. Pedicure was overall great, simple and efficient. I loved seeing a plastic liner used in the soaker tub. Nail tech also wore gloves. In the middle of the pedicure, had another tech come to the side of the chair and start the manicure process. Extremely uncomfortable because I had one arm stretched to the other side while the pedicure was still in process. Left with a very sore arm, unable to enjoy my massage chair, and an uneven shellac manicure. Felt bad about not tipping so well, but in all honesty, expected better service considering that well earned money was spent on this service.
