  • Very disappointed!!!! I set an apt a month in advance of my xmas holiday and the day of my hair cut I called to confirm everything was good and on time, I was told everything was good and on time. It is Xmas week with lots of parties and get togethers....So keeping my apt was very important. I showed up 3 min early and there is someone sitting in my girls chair with foil in her hair. I'm told that now she is running very far behind and I would have to wait a good while for my turn even though I made an apt well in advance and confirmed it an hour earlier. I guess having an apt is not worth anything at this place as my whole day was ruined and no haircut. I have been going there and to her for the better part of a year and I always tip well. Its very disappointing to be treated this way during the holidays!!! Not even a call back to set up another appointment or say IM SORRY. Not worth going to this place!!!! If you want a place where no one cares about you....This is it. Otherwise go somewhere else!!!! Very disappointed!!!
