  • We have been wanting to try this place for a while because of all the great reviews on Yelp. We live on the other side of town but we finally made it in today! It did not disappoint! The staff was really friendly (Charles was GREAT!) and the sushi bar chairs were really comfy. We started with edamame which was delicious because it comes out hot and flaked in big chunks of sea salt with a sweet chili dipping sauce. We ordered the Salmon Sashimi with Wasbi Creme next and it was delicious. While we were still trying to decide what to get next, the owner and head chef John overheard us telling our server that it was our first time. He asked what kind of fish we liked and we said Yellowtail Tuna. He immediately sent out a complimentary Jalepeno Yellowtail Sashimi appetizer. It was AMAZING! The fish was really fresh and melt in your mouth. We ordered the King Crab roll which has all of our favorites; crab, avocado, cucumber, spicy tuna and FRESH HOT shrimp tempura on top. It was probably the best roll we have had in Vegas. Again, really fresh. I usually smother my rolls in sauces and jalepenos but this roll didn't need anything else! We also ordered the Spicy Soft Shell Crab roll and it was good, not as good as the first but definitely really fresh and delicious. They have small plates on happy hour too that are really good and really great priced. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back, even though it is a drive for us!
