  • I recently had One Hour visit my home to do a preventive maintenance call following installation of an AC unit in my home. The technician, Jim Fetter, was personable and extremely knowledgeable regarding optimizing the performance of the unit and my home. He also made suggestions about how to improve the air quality in my home. I have had other HVAC companies out to my home, but have not had the level of service this tech and this company provide. I'd highly recommend them.
