It's the only 'healthy" market in the area, however, Harris Teeter located across the street is starting to carry a lot of the same organic, gluten-free brands/goods/produce for a few dollars cheaper, so I go there first and whatever is left on my list I can't find I hop on over to Earth Fare. It's good to know their meats and seafood section are free of hormones and antibiotics, but they still carry farm raised fish, which I think is suspect. Try to avoid this place Tuesday and Thursday evenings because it's full of families with kids running around taking advantage of their dinner deals so lines are long. Since they get most of their produce locally, they don't carry the same things all the time and they go quick so get there early or you'll have to wait for the next shipment which could be the next day or the end of the week. Sign up for their email and phone text list for coupons and deals.
