  • We had a horrible experience. They were called to repair a Viking dishwasher. They came over 3-4 times and ordered 2 different parts. When the parts finally came in, the repair guy did some work, then just left without saying anything. We had water all over the floor, the floor was damaged from him carelessly removing the dishwasher, the bottom section of the dishwasher wasn't put back, and he left hoses disconnected. On top of all this, the dishwasher still was not working. We called them to come back and clean the mess and finish fixing the dishwasher, but they refused. We ended up calling a different company and it was repaired in minutes, and we found out the repair parts were NOT needed. Stay away, they are not worth the hassle.
