  • Stayed at this location for roughly 2months. I knew all the front desk attendants and had a great relationship with everyone. Then one day I get a phone call to our room asking if we had a phone because the person was downstairs. It was a Iphone which was intentionally left on so that the person could use the app to retrieve his/her phone we heard it go off moments before the call to the room. When I stated I had the phone I got up to head downstairs but before I could get some clothes on, there's a knock at the door. The 2 female attendants are at my door with the gentlemen who's phone it is. NOW LETS BE CLEAR THIS IS A HOTEL THAT WONT EVEN BRING A TOWEL TO YOUR DOOR. You have to beg for your room to be cleaned and doesn't have a vacuum but, They are more than welcomed to guide a complete stranger to your door. When asked why would they do that their response was," we were excited to help him find his phone." How dumb can you be???? Well congratulations you lost a customer. Went ahead a moved to the double tree they clean your room without asking and give you mints on your pillows.
