  • Twice in a row, back to back, I have had unpleasant experiences at this store! So this was my next visit after the last review and this time, I had to buy cat litter. Unfortunately, since today is labour day, this Shoppers is the only place that is open. When I got to the counter, I told the cashier that I needed help lifting the 7kg cat litter onto the counter for it to be scanned. She just gave me a cold stare and did not move an inch! After a while, another customer noticed this unwelcomed stare down then hurried over and lifted my cat litter onto the counter! Why are these staff soooooo ill mannered? I just don't get it. Outside of this store, people are nice (even the TTC driver that doesn't have to interact) but as soon as I step into this store, all bets are off. I am either being profiled and/or not receiving any assistance. These are the same people that will make claims like "If I was rich, I would do___." Blah blah blah. There should be no conditions placed on being charitable in this life. How about offering a helping hand to someone in chronic pain and in need of assistance? Whatever happened to that?!
