  • Poor customer service!! Came in near closing time to quickly grab a jacket for an upcoming trip. I already had the jacket picked out and had a picture to show an associate to help me find it. As soon as I walk in the door, a girl with short blonde hair rudely states "we're closing just so you know" and walks away before I can ask for help. Had she offered to help me find the jacket, I would have been happy to buy it and been out well before they closed. I left empty handed and this store lost a sale due to this girls poor customer service and bad attitude.
