  • Getting one star because the tech was super nice , have used Anytime in the past and always happy with them, until today, a simple housing unit in the toilet , not even in the house an hour , the $27 Dollar part cost $ 208.00 to put in??? Come on guys, my error 100% cause I didn't ask for an estimate, I'm a single dad on disability and would never ever authorized a $235.00 repair..... After really complaining the tech was magically able to reduce the bill, Hmmm makes ya wonder.... As far as ever calling them again , Magic 8 ball says " doesn't foresee it "................Ok Las Vegas, I am officially changing my rating to five stars!!!!! The above review was written when I was still very upset with the situation BUT this morning, after receiving an E-Mail from Scott the owner, and a lengthy phone conversation and hearing his explanation and him taking the time to hear my concerns we worked it out and I'm a happy customer once again... Thank you Scott for reaching out to an angry customer and will I repeat business, Magic 8 ball says " Absolutely "
