The facility is super clean. The music was excellent and SO loud. Almost too loud at some points, which normally, I never feel that way. The instructor was awesome. I've never been to a spin class that ran it in this specific style. While I've done ones that really focused on the beat, this one was even more focused on that than normal. It was very challenging with a lot of upper body work, like pushups etc. I'm not sure if I would've gone if I had none that ahead of time but it actually was great! My only complaint was that they forgot about me at the begnning of the class and had told me to wait for someone to show me to bike since it was my first time. I had shown up early and checked with them twice before the start of class to make sure i stayed where i was, and yet, they still forgot about me! But they were very apologetic. It was just hard to get into the groove at the beginning and understand when to turn my gear, etc. since I could hardly hear her when she was setting up because the class had started. But overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
