| - Would have liked to go with 3.5, but can't do on Yelp.
I'll keep this a little briefer than some of my other Yelpers, but I will echo what a lot of people say:
Service: Good, but impersonal. I'm not a big fan of the 'fawning waitstaff' but I don't mind a little how-do-you-do, where you all from, etc. Nothing of that sort here. I also like a little feedback and input on food choices and while 'It's up to you' is a fine answer, just not the best one. Greeting at the front was nothing special; just the usual 'girl got the job because she's pretty' hosting style.
Food: As everyone says, the meatballs are fantastic. Everyone at the table enjoyed what they received and we got a variety. My veal I felt was a bit overdone but I inferred that 'well done' is their style. Portions of everything are large. We all ordered salads but could have easily ordered half and split them; no one finished their salads. Desserts were marvelous, again the table got a variety and all were gone.
Pricing: It's in a high-end hotel on the LV Strip, so expect a little bit of a bump. I would argue a little too big, but nothing to get excited about.
We had no issues with delivery times or with our table placement. Yes, it was a bit louder than I would like but again nothing to get excited about.
Reservations are a must. Give yourself a little extra time to get there as it is 'in the back'. Also, we were late as the front of Caesars gets crazy at that time and we didn't give ourselves enough time to get there.
