  • This review is for the parts department. I phoned late on Saturday to confirm that this dealer had the parts I needed (wiper blade assemblies for SC430) and to also confirm the price, which they advised was $69 and change. This was only a few bucks more than an online OEM parts warehouse, and I thought it would be nice to just get the job done quickly, so first thing Monday morning I drove to Arrowhead Lexus to pick up the parts. Once I arrived, the price for the parts mysteriously increased to $84 and change AND I was told they actually had to order one of the blade assemblies for me, it was not in stock. If the parts department had given me the correct information the first time I could have just ordered the parts online, saved a bunch of money and would not have to drive across the valley twice. Extremely disappointing service.
