  • The office manager is wonderful, worked with me & communicated all repairs being done before my move in. However I've been here two weeks and have had maintenance here about five times already. I'm kind of blown away at how fast they respond to maintenance calls, however the excuses I get are insane. I submitted a request for my stove to be fixed because t o of the eyes wouldn't ignite and was told the ac is blowing too hard in this direction, which is crazy cause the air doesn't even each that far. Now I'm having AC trouble. While I normally am freezing and very satisfied with how cold it ac blows, my apartment is more hot than the 90 degrees out side & I am now having asthma trouble. There isn't an emergency maintenance number you can call on the weekemd so I get to suffer until someone contacts me tomorrow. I love my apartment but I'm so tired of having to call maintenance, it's almost not worth it. I have a whole 11 months and 2 weeks to go before my lease is up.. so far the cons out weight the pros ESPECIALLY now because I can not breathe in my own apartment
