  • TERRIBLE. I bought a torch for $20 and it was banged up. But their no refund policy wouldn't let me switch my used display torch, for a new unopened torch 30 minutes after my purchase. The younger workers have always been understanding but the owner Jax and other old fart are complete assholes. (There's much better smoke shops).
