  • I went into this dealership thinking they'd be better than Scott Clark honda but not only were they only interested in commission but I was mislead and didn't even receive a follow up call.when I submitted a survey online directly from honda , a representative from honda contacted me and I explained the situation and told them I was very unhappy with my service. She then told me that she would forward it to a manager and someone would contact me . It's been 2months since I purchased this car and can't get any support no one to answer questions. As a matter of fact even during the sale which was a red flag I was handed off to 3 people . When I finally was passed to I'm assuming the original sales rep he didn't even remember me and had NO idea about what was going on and asked me about what color .I was lied to about capabilities , and now I'm stuck with a car and this dealership for the next 5 years . I would never recommend anyone to this place. It's actually quite ironic that I received better treatment at a Hyundai dealership buying a Honda then a actually Honda dealership. Because of my experience with this company this will be my LAST Honda . -from a disgruntled former loyal Honda fan
