  • Really great customer service and communication! My husband and I were on the road passing through Vegas and having issues with brake wiring. We figured out the problem was a fried wire in the emergency brake pin assembly and called A1 upon recommendation from a nearby RV dealer. They let us know that they had the part but that nobody would be available to install it for us that day. This was fine as we planned to do it ourselves anyways. We pulled up- trailer in tow- and got the new assembly. When we realized that one of the holes we needed to bolt it down to the a-frame with was too small, the lady helping us kindly took the part back to the shop to have a bigger hole drilled- so nice!
