  • Although we had fun bowling the service left much to be desired today. Obviously they were not prepared for the holiday rush? The food server never came back to check on us after bringing us the water we had to ask for. When checking out there was one girl at the register. There were people waiting all around, not just in line where you check in or out. People having problems with the lane and others trying to check out where you drop off the shoes. The poor girl stayed calm as everyone was staring at her and she couldn't get a lane working. She went to get the manager who finally came out. When he waited on us (we were 2nd in line to check out and had been waiting for 20 min), my husband said it looks like the girl is getting overwhelmed with all these people. We've been waiting for 20 minutes. His response? "She can handle it. I'm usually by myself on Mondays." No apology, no concern for the girl or customers. Lousy service and lousy boss.
