  • I used this shop to bolt on a new set of snow tires on wheels. Simple job, but they managed to lose my business forever. It started with lackluster customer service. They failed to provide me with plastic bags for the old wheels, forcing me to load dirty, wet wheels into my trunk. Second, they refused to load the wheels. They also had aa hidden fee they neglected to tell me about and were utterly indifferent to the pathetic quality of their shop. Oh, last but not least, they gave me the lugnuts in an open envelope, stating they had nothing else. The manager helpfully suggested I find a ziplock at home. Instead, I'll look high and low for another shop when I need to put my summer tires back on.
