  • The emergency room is horrible. I took someone here with a knee injury. He was in excruciating pain. They x-rayed it and said nothing was wrong, take a few aspirin and ice it. He kept telling them they were crazy, and that it hurt to straighten his leg. Their solution? Put him in a knee immobilizer that straightens his leg. They made it worse. It takes forever to get anything done, departments don't communicate. We were told at 3 pm that they had all the results and he would be released as soon as the doctor could talk to him. It took over an hour for that to happen. The staff did not listen to his concerns, and at times were condescending and rude. I am amazed at how poorly this place operates.
