Walked into the store for the first time after switching to verizon and wanted to ask a few simple questions about our new account. Was promptly greeted by the manager who said there was a 45 minute wait because today was the launch of the new iphone and they were very busy. He seemed a bit stressed, looked unshaven and told us that such questions could easily be answered by calling *611. No welcome to verizon! after telling him we switched our whole family over. We walked out and i would like to say how very happy that we went to Best Buy to buy our new galaxy phones AND switch over to verizon. Received excellent service at Best Buy from numerous helpful staff, who made switching phone companies and buying five new phones so effortless!! I guess any more questions we may have in the future and we will be heading over to Best Buy for friendly, helpful staff who enjoy helping their customers.
