  • Went into uBreakiFix to get a small crack repaired on my computer, was quoted the price to get the work done. After getting the work done I get home to do homework on my computer and started to notice the screen was not on all the way. Spoke to a lady and was told to bring it back. Upon bring the computer back I was quoted almost 2weeks to get that replaced. Time passed I called the store just to get an update on the computer I was told that the computer was ready, no one called to tell me that it was ready. After picking the computer up that day get back home to do my work the screen starts to come out even more then it eventually falls out of the computer onto my keyboard. Went back to the store to let them know of the situation and I told her that I would like a full refund. After constantly telling her I just want the old screen placed on and money returned she goes to the back and comes out and starts accusing me of breaking my own computer. I advise you all not to go to this store because you will be accused of breaking your own gadgets.
