| - My husband and I walked in on Wed 10/8, asked if we get get a mani/pedi for him and fill/pedi for me. They said yes, right away. Great. The man Tony started my fill, he suggested a new set, I asked him if it would take much longer, he said no. Ok. He noticed my new iPhone 6 and spent the next 45 minutes trying to convince me to file a lost phone claim with my carrier and sell the phone to him cheap so he could sell it in Vietnam. I thought he was kidding at first, but he would not stop!! He was more interested in my phone than my nails and I was very uncomfortable. After I sat with my feet in the pedi bowl that went from warm water to cold. No one helped me. Finally, my husband was done, I got up and we paid, left. They told me they had other appts, could not get to my pedi for 15 more min. I already waited 20-30 min with my feet soaking like prunes and no one said a word to me. One lady started to take the polish off, then stopped because another customer came in. WOW! Horrible way to treat a paying customer. You should have told us that when we walked in you may not be able to finish the job!! I think it's because I asked Tony not to talk further about the iPhone scam. What a bunch of crooks! And on top of this, my husbands mani is borderline horrible, the woman cut the bottom of his foot with the callous remover/scraper, and my nails are ok... I've had far better. I am sure there are better nail places in the area, this one is one I do not recommend.
