I honestly don't know how people would be giving them more than two stars as they are just uptight, snooty people that clearly think they are better than you. I called in and asked if I could come to see some dresses and they were okay with it, as they had an hour and half before closing. I rushed over fifteen minutes later with my mom and MIL from another bridal shop and as soon as we walked in, I could hear their employee saying *You can take them, I don't want to* and the other one whining as if someone asked her to go clean up a spill of vomit. Finally, one of them came over, dragging her feet and asking how she can help. I felt so embarrassed in front of my MIL and Mom over their behavior I wanted to walk out but as I was put on the spot, I thought to give them the benefit of the doubt. I said I called fifteen minutes ago informing that I will be coming in to see some dresses and they said it was fine. She could care less and asked if I know exactly what I wanted. I explained that I've tried on a couple of dresses but I'm not too sure about what would be flattering on me. I showed her a dress that I tried on at Klienfields that I actually liked the cut, and asked her if they have something in that style. She got another person to see the picture and the other lady says *well why didn't you just buy that if you liked it?* I was in shock of how rude and abnoxious they both were! You asked me what style I was interested in, so I showed you and then you question why I didn't buy that one?? I asked her for a similar style NOT THE EXACT DRESS. I left feeling stupid and demotivated in finding a dress. If you don't want people coming in, just tell them over the phone that you don't have time and reschedule. Not get them to come in so you can make them feel guilty and stupid! Unbelievable how they actually have people saying they had a good experience!
