  • Their motto is "We'll Treat You Like Family!" and they do! Bill, the Owner, came out to inspect my property (for free) and within half an hour had someone out to treat the Northwest something-or-other little buggers that were eating my home-adjacent storage cabinet. He did a great job of explaining all of my options (I could have just ripped the cabinet out) and didn't up-sell me on anything. I asked about a warranty (because I remember my parents buying one when they treated their house) and rather than take the bait (and get an extra $75 from me), he explained why I didn't need one for the type of termite we were dealing with. Bill just strikes me as a knowledgeable, honest and genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend this company!
