rev:text	My dear god, what an experience. Drove onto lot, no parking spots. OK, just parked anywhere I could. No one around to greet me, but at a car dealership, that could be a good thing. Walked in and was not noticed for 5 minutes. Finally, a nice young person named Amber came over and i told her I was interested in test driving a CX5 Grand Touring. She said she was new, and not sure if they had that, when a guy named Lenny DeRusso came in looking really perplexed. I asked him the same thing as I asked Amber and he said he didn't know if they had one and that their lot near the airport might have some. Uh, OK. He went on to explain that they were expanding the dealership, but that wasn't the source of this problem. They acted as though it was unusual for someone to come in for a test drive. I said could you check to see what's on the lot. please? He then pointed at a CX-9 to me and I told him again I was interested in a CX5. He walked out, Amber started to laugh. I turned to look over at another employee behind the glass wall who had rolled a sleeve up to admire his biceps. She started laughing again, he remarked that his arm hurt. Bewildered, I walked out. Outside, Lenny is looking at CX5's, CX3's, Mazda 3's, etc. He said he didn't have what I wanted. Bottom line: This was unbelievably unprofessional, lazy service. I'm doing my homework on what car to buy (and I'm prepared to buy in the $35K range). I would never leave my car there or have service done at this dealership. You guys are up against strong competition, you should up your game to at least marginal. It was that bad.
