  • I went with a coworker to look at a used very low mileage Toyota minivan. We were helped by Joe Sirna in sales and Laura in finance. It was one of the best car dealership buying experiences I've had in a very long time. Joe was completely professional and made the car buying experience fun. Laura in finance was the same way ...made it a breeze and got us an awesome low rate. Audi of Henderson should give instructional classes to other dealerships on how to treat customers.....no pressure ....great environment ...and it took less than an hour to actually purchase the vehicle...these people know what they are doing. Great no 'story' used cars ....no pressure on buying some useless extended warranty ...all questions were answered ....we were taken care of .....it was fantastic....usually after buying a car and spending 'all' day at a lower tier dealership it takes the fun out of buying a new vehicle ....not here ...Audi of Henderson does it right!
